The life of piano-playing comedian Victor Borge, who pleased millions of TV viewers, will be known by The American-Scandinavian Foundation (at Scandinavia House) with “Victor Borge: A Century Celebration,” moving Jan. 23 through May 9 (58 Park Ave. at 38th). Borge, who died in 2000, will also be remembered Wednesday on Ch. 13 with "100 Years of Laughter,” a document on his life.
