The survivor was the victim in the car crash reported to in the public eyeized reports. The MSP medivac helicopters are the only in the public eye medivacs in the county. The function fees for the transorts are ariled by state taxes and vehicle registration fees. This is the fatal crash in MSP aviation history and the archetypal accident in 22 years.
